Healing the past
Manifesting the present
Creating the future
Breathing is the one thing every single sentient being has in common. Without BREATH we have no life. You can live more than 3 months without food, approximately 3 weeks without water but go 3 minutes without breathing. Without BREATH and life is unsustainable.
OUR BREATH IS OUR LIFE FORCE, the way we breathe determines what we receive! Each of us has a breathing pattern that is uniquely ours, just like our thumb print!
Every event in our lives to date has shaped the way we breathe today.
What is Breath Work?
Improve Mental Fitness
We are here to BE, to BE LOVE, to come home and rest in our heart, to live from the heart and be open to experience life fully, to experience the divine, sweet nectar of BEING.
Our breath is an ancient technology that can be utilised to live our modern life fully. When we have peace inside, we can experience peace in the world.
Face Your Fears
Sometimes fear shows up as anger, frustration, arrogance or even perfection which can be directed at self or others. It can seem like there’s an invisible wall preventing us from achieving what we want, this wall is often accompanied by the fear of rejection.
Fears left unchallenged can rule our life.
There are many reasons and causes but we don’t have to let the past control us, we can take control of our life’s conditions now!
Discover Your Truth
We are human beings, not human doings! In life we must let go of our old ways of doing, doing, doing… and just be. This often seems an impossible task, life is so noisy, distracted by the constant hubbub of modern living, we lose ourselves in the busyness of the myriad of daily tasks we need to complete. Life can seem hard and difficult, we can be tossed around by circumstances seemingly beyond our control and feel hopeless.
Conscious breathing can help refocus our energy, bring clarity to our minds and return joy and pleasure to our lives.
